We also booked expecting the advertised spring promotion with free parking, but that offer wasn’t honored during our stay. The overall condition of the property was very run down. The carpet in the walkways leading to the rooms is coming up from the floor and feels like a tripping hazard. Inside the room, everything felt outdated and poorly maintained—some of the wood flooring was coming apart and even patched with duct tape, which looked very unprofessional, especially for what was supposed to be one of their best room options."
