「Brown water, cockroach on the bed, and unfriendly staff. Spending $200 per night without getting a basic clean environment. 」

「Check in/ out-was good. Fast and friendly service. Cleanliness of room and facility- the room is a bit outdated and my room bathroom tub and shower was dirty. Also, the shower flooded and the shower bar fell off the wall. The AC was extremely cold and doesn’t have a thermostat so you can adjust it, and staff complaints went unanswered. All of the hotel glass and windows were dirty and you couldn’t see the views. The women’s locker room steam room was broke the entire time of my 10 day stay....
