「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. 」

「What an amazing little gem we found. Close enough to walk to Bellagio through the gardens as a base to explore Como Lake. The place is beautiful with an amazing terrrace to have breakfast. The Breakfast was the best one we had on our trip with great attention to detail and a lot of the ingredients grown on site. Definitely reccommend for anyone looking for a place in Bellagio with parking. 」

「This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town.
