「The property was overbooked. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I was not able to check-in and didn’t get my money refunded either. Had to make another reservation at the last minute and pay for that too. This property is not trustworthy. 」

「None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay」

「The location is different from the address on Google map, making it difficult to find the place. It's actually in a quite residential area, about 20 min walk to the medina. The room is spacious which can fit 5 people, but the bathroom has a strong cleaning liquid smell. The staffs are boys from the restaurants next door. They're sweet! If you need towel or anything, just go find them next door.」

「The location is great but it depends on the room type you choose. The address provided is the check-in point and the actual living location is another place, the location of ours is just 2 minutes walk from the point. The setting in the room is good but can be better. No hair dryer unless by request. I cannot find any wifi at public area mentioned. If you concern about security issues, please consider about it as all windows cannot be locked even though the security in the city seems...

「I just booked this riad 4 days ago, but was told it had been closed. I don't know why it was still exist in hotels.com website, and it could be booked successfully with fully payment, and it was claimed to be guaranteed. Of course, I could not move in and had to look for another hotel in the last few hours. 」

「是当地唯一一家五星，但其实不太对得起5星的标准，房间精致非常好，位置也很好，在入老城不久，也有人在停车场接送提行李，但老城内的路非常不好走，自己进去恐怕要给钱别人提行李，没有电梯，幸好员工很好帮忙拿行李，浴室的水力很足，前台经常没人，早餐很慢很慢。游泳池正在房间下方，天台太漂亮了，为什么不改在天台用餐要在大堂早餐呢，总而言之性价比一般。」

「Beautiful quiet property, good service and the pool area is amazing. What would take Dar Ba Sidi to the next level would be better upkeep of the grounds (mowing/weeding), and touch ups on some of the typical expectations of excellent accommodations such as working internal telephones (so you dont need to go to reception when you need anything), water bottles every day of your stay (not just on the first day), etc. We did enjoy our stay though :)」

「Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. FYI, if you have mobility issues, there are lots of stairs going to and within this facility.」
