The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the onsite parking, which was very convenient. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy, even late at night, with noticeable sounds from motorcycles, cars, and people outside. The hotel's facilities and fixtures also felt somewhat dated and could use some maintenance. In our room, the shower head did not work properly, causing water to spray outside the shower area. The bathroom sink faucet was also loose and sprayed water outside the sink. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and convenience of the hotel, but some improvements to the room facilities and noise insulation would make the stay much more comfortable.

The hotel is 10 min walking from the city square where restaurants, cafes, and shops. I love the city of Chefchaouen , the hotel is blue like the city. Big room , clean , and great breakfast. Staff are very helpful and breakfast cooked fresh with Moroccan bread and pastries. Great place we booked last minute but it was a good choice

Amazing Riad!! The architecture is beautiful. The staff were super helpful. Rooms were a bit dated, especially washroom. However, the overall experience makes up for it. Breakfast was different each morning and delicious. Amazing view from rooftop each morning during breakfast. Did the hammam and massage on the last night. It was a bit more pricey than other options in town, but very relaxing.

Enjoyed the stay. A nice, local place that gives you a good taste of the city. If you are driving, there is an underground parking lot (not for a large SUV or a van, but smaller and medium sized cars work fine). There are a couple of luxury places on the north side of the town as you are leaving towards Tangier but if you want a more personal experience, this is the place. The breakfast was very good and they kept asking if we wanted more food. For the price, it is a great value.
