「Outstanding amenities, the apartment is thoughtfully designed, the staff even left a welcome gift 💝! Quite needed, after a long drive! Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. Check-in was seamless, and staff extremely patient in explaining all the functionalities available at THE IRIS 」

「Property was very clean and well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. The owner demonstrated appropriate concern and, in an effort, to try to improve safety since he could not change the step, he applied tape as a visual aid which helped.
