「The Randles staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the feather beds and the size of the room. It was off-season so we had to dine next door, but it is part of the same "group" of hotels and the food and drink were great.」

「Breakfast was very good! Heater in room would not shut off. Got up to 25 c. Shower would drain well. Told staff about it after our first night. Solution was to leave the window open. 」

「The room was really well appointed, well housekept, the staff was always friendly, helpful and attentive and the restaurant did an outstanding job. I ate there every night for 4 nights. Mauve and Magda were above and beyond friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. A couple of things: the rooms were too warm for me even with window open and thermostat turned all the way down, I’m not sure why but I have trouble sleeping unless it’s blanket temp. 「We enjoyed our time there. It was cozy, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Location was wonderful. We did not eat breakfast there. Staff washed our laundry for us for a reasonable fee. All in all, great experience for an older facility!」
