"FULL OF MOLD - DON'T STAY HERE The whole apartament is full of mold. You can smell it from the doorway. The bathroom is tiny, full of mold and rust, and the shower area doesn't have a door. Inside of the room the walls are dirty, full of scratches, and the room smells of mold. The owner has bad English skills and he scolded me regarding the hour of the breakfast (bad communication). "It’s an Airbnb. Not a hotel. Waited in the street for 2.5 hours. A neighbour let me into the courtyard, told me the Airbnbs are on the first floor. I was stuck in the courtyard for 10-15 minutes at one point as none of the keys worked. Shook the door until someone came down to let me out. Host didn’t tell me where the room was until Expedia already relocated me to another property as it was after 1am. What a waste of 4+ hours of my life."

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues.
