Volledig anders dan wordt aangeprezen

We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter. Absoluut geen plek voor onze kinderen om te zwemmen. Het alternatief was elke dag naar het zwembad op het parkje te lopen, langs de zeer drukke en gevaarlijke weg, zonder voetpad. De staat van onderhoud was erg slecht, de douche was smerig en de airco werkte niet voldoende. Al met al heeft dit verblijf zeker niet bijgedragen aan een mooie vakantie herinnering. Absoluut géén aanrader!!!!!

Perfekt für Touristen, die gern mehr als nur ein Hotelzimmer wollen, in villa delle Palme genießt man die ruhe des typischen sizilianischen Gartens und meer und Stadt liegen nur einigen Minuten weit weg. Wurde

leuk appartement maar slecht onderhouden

het complex is leuk maar slecht onderhouden, schimmel in de badkamer, niet schoon en een zeer slechte service van eigenaars. Eerst in een heel oud en slecht appartement gestopt (dit deden ze met iedereen) en daarna bijbetaald om in een gerenoveerd appartement te komen. De gerenoveerde appartementen liggen veel beter en rustiger maar zijn ook slecht onderhouden en vies. Eigenaars doen niets om het je naar de zin te maken, vinden je maar lastig. Na een feest (van eigenaars) bij het zwembad was het de volgende dag ronduit vies en niet opgeruimd. Daar deden ze niets aan want het was een feestdag dus misschien morgen werd het schoongemaakt. Kinderbad was te smerig om in te zwemmen. Centrum en strand alleen te doen met auto.

Bed and Breakfast Villa delle Palme - Aci Trezza

Tramite expedia ho acquistato un pacchetto che prevedeva: appartamento standard, parcheggio gratuito e colazione a buffet. Giunti a destinazione abbiamo scoperto che la colazione a buffet non esisteva ne era mai stata fatta (aggiornate il vostro sito) inoltre siamo stati collocati in un appartamento che si trovava in una dependance a circa 300m dal corpo principale della struttura; per raggiungere la piscina si doveva percorrere questa distanza, di per sé non eccessiva, lungo la trafficatissima statale 114 priva di marciapiede. La dependance era collocata proprio su questa statale ed era estremamente rumorosa anche di notte, non era possibile stare con le finestre aperte, per cui abbiamo dormito con le finestre chiuse e cercato di mitigare il caldo tenendo sempre attive le ventole da soffitto.

En mycket lyckad vistelse!

Inte ett hotell i vanlig bemärkelse utan en lägenhet med möjlighet till självhushåll, där frukost ingår. Frukosten var kanske inte så spektakulär men på alla andra områden blev vi mycket nöjda och positivt överraskade. Fint poolområde, pingisbord och fotbollsspel. Trevlig lägenhet med uteplats och tillräckligt med skugga när det är varmt. 5 minuters gångväg till havet om man vill bada där istället. Inga störningar från trafiken. Mycket grönt och med vacker utsikt på Etna och Medelhavet. Sist men inte minst: trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ett tips är dock att ha tillgåmg till bil, annars får man gå längs med en hårt trafikerad väg till affärer och bushållsplats.

Pas satisfait du tout.

Pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais bungalow devant une route nationale avec voitures qui vont vous réveiller toute la nuit. Pas de doubles vitrages et porte d'entrée en verre laissant passer lumières et phares de voiture. Pas de connexion à internet, pas de salles de massage (c'est une chambre d'hôte tenue par des retraités) on est parti au bout de deux jours et on avait réservé pour 4 jours (sans pouvoir être remboursés en plus) petit déjeuner composé de biscottes et de gâteaux en sachet. Intérieur qui sent le moisi. Douche avec des champignons. Piscine sympa mais bords couverts d'algues vertes.

Positiv: schöne, ruhige Umgebung, tolles Schwimmbecken im Freien Negativ: mässig freundliche Gastgeber; kein Hotel, sondern Appartment-Anlage; mangelhaftes Frühstück (Süssgebäck aus Mehrfachpackungen aus dem Supermarkt mit viel Abfall); man musste alles selber zubereiten, auch den Kaffee; Brot jedes Mal anfordern; Geschirr und Besteck unvollständig und nicht alles sauber abgewaschen.

Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci

Ottima soluzione! Lo consiglio sia alle coppie e alle famiglie in vacanza e sia a chi viene per lavoro.Piacevolissimo soggiorno. Il posto è incantevole, un'oasi di verde,tranquillo, immerso in un parco e a pochi metri dal mare e in una posizione ideale per Catania (di fronte fermata bus)e per visitare da Taormina a Siracusa all'Etna. Parcheggio privato, ambienti confortevoli. Una zona piscina incantevole, degna di un 5 stelle immersa in un parco. Gestione poco più che familiare. A pochi metri c'è un ristorante, una pizzera e una trattoria.
