「the mattress is not very comfortable.」

「We stayed in 5 hotels during our stay in Washington state. Kulshan hotel is the best. Great room, great beds, clean, shower and bathroom were great. Also, the cheapest we paid. I was looking forward each night to come back and relax after all day of sightseeing and activities. Free breakfast was good. The only thing though was the night shift male employee was not friendly at all. It would be nice for him to smile and greet the guests.」

「We had an “accessible “ room. For reasons I cannot fathom the bed was sky high. As old, disabled people it was very inconvenient to have to do a backward flip onto the bed every time we wanted to get in. The hotel should automatically provide ladders or stepping stools. The bed height is a ridiculous fashion choice.」

「Pet friendly and the room was clean. Easy to get to things around it. New girl at the desk was super friendly.」

「The room was spacious, and I appreciated having 2 lounge chairs and 2 chairs at the little table so both my partner and I could have a seat! The fireplace is a special nice touch. Bed very comfortable! I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. I am not a porridge fan!」

「It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. 」

「We never got to our room, as we needed a late arrival check-in, and after filling out the paperwork, then calling and messaging the hotel repeatedly, we were never given the code to the key box containing our key. We ended up driving two hours home after midnight instead.」
