「Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertugen, aber hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Liebevolle Details wie Ohrstöpsel auf dem Nachtisch, ein gut sortierter Getränkekühlschrank (gegen Zahlung) am Aufgang zu den Zimmern und ein sehr hochwertiges Frühstück mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Müsli, Milch(alternativen), Wurst, Käse, Ei, Brötchen, Lachs, gutem Tee, Kaffee und Säften.
Sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein, komme ich gerne wieder - weiter so ! 」

「It was very pretty and aesthetic.
Pros: good breakfast, near porz-wahn station which takes you easily to Cologne Cathedral. I loved that they had a water bottle to fill.
Cons: no slippers, no conditioner, only a shower gel and shampoo both in one bottle. No cleaning services which is fine, but the smart tv didn’t have access to apps like Netflix. Only cable. And it was all in German unfortunately.
I would probably go back. But not so sure 」

「The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」
