「 Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. 「We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason.」

「The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. Definitely worth it if you don't mind the distance!」
