Sewage smell when you take shower We found dead cockroach in the room. Loud prayer noise from the near by mosque around 4 -5 AM. I won't stay again in this hotel. It is a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star hotel.

There is a live music club right next to the hotel and music was going till midnight every night, I had ear plugs and was playing white noise fan on YouTube all night to block the noises but the music was just too loud. Also, the sliding door were not closing and there was an open gap of few centimeters, we asked for a different room which was right underneath the original, the following 2 nights we had to also listen to hammers hitting the wall as they were fixing the original room

The hotel is basic and clean. Walking distance to the harbour, the street with the seafood stalls at Jalan Kerapu and travel agents and more food places at Jalan Soekarno Hatta. They provide liquid soap out of a dispenser but I would recommend that you bring your own shower gel/shampoo to use if you are particular. If you just came back from a boat trip and need to rinse/wash some swimwear and clothes, they have a clothes line in the shower and a drying rack out on the verandah. My stay came with a simple buffet breakfast. Nothing fancy but enough to sustain you for the morning. Just be aware that there is a mosque in the vicinity and it can be loud. There is also a nightspot nearby with a very loud band at night.

Komodo Lodge is conveniently located in the center of town and close to the airport. Very walkable to the harbor. Staff is very friendly. The one negative is that some of the bathrooms need to be updated or really scrubbed well.

Great location and only stayed a couple of nights. Room basic but very fair for the cost. Hotels own bar Karaoke was a bit of a problem one night but next eve when started again spoke to reception staff who confirmed would be turned down and it was which was appreciated. Very good for the price of the hotel.

Not worth the savings.
It's about 1.5 blocks from the mosque which wakes you at 0440. It is under construction which means no day time napping after your early morning wake up. I opened the door to the balcony to get the clothes drying rack to dry my swimsuit and was never able to lock the door again. The staff didn't lock the balcony door after making the bed. The staff also left dirty sheets in the room after making the bed.

Basic stay in a good location
The hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to the main street of Labuan Bajo and was only a 5 minute walk for boat tours into the park. The rooms were fairly comfortable but had a strong mildew smell and some rooms had mold on the ceiling. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good basic room, close to tour operators
Good location if you need to book your tours, it’s a clean place within walking distance to all the tour operators. The town itself is nothing great (although the sunsets are incredible) so if you already have your plans you might want to stay somewhere a little outside town.

Slightly disappointing
Overall experience is not great, definitely have areas for improvement. First of all, contacting the lodge was difficult as person picking phone spoke limited english. Finally got through to someone in charge to confirm if complimentary airport pick up is available and the person confirmed through phone and Whatsapp that it is. However, when we arrive, the front desk asked for a charge for pick up. Showed him the Whatsapp message for confirmation of free airport pick up, then he finally agreed. Room was decent but have some hairball in the bathroom sink (not cleaned out). Shower water pressure was minimal with 2 small bars of soap provided. Breakfast also minimal with items running out and not replenished (only bread, fruit and choice of eggs provided).

Convenient for a quick stay!
Good value for money. Hotel is clearly a little old and the tap was a bit loose / broken, but it worked. The hotel is convenient if you are staying in Labuan Bajo just for a short time and then heading out to islands or back to another main hub in Indonesia. The hotel provides some soap / shampoo out of dispensers and small bar soaps, as well as towels. The bedding is a bit old and worn, with some holes. Good air con system and they usually include a breakfast. I didn’t have much time, but the breakfast included one juice (orange squash) and some other tea / coffee and food. You have to walk to the top 4th floor for the breakfast. Rooms are generally accessed from the outside / open. Walls were a little thin so I could hear my neighbours kids playing / crying. Because of how small the island is, the hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Unfortunately this short distance will cost you around 60000 IDR if you book via the hotel, but likely you will not find anything cheaper as standard prices are 50,000 or 60,000. If you have time and not much luggage you can probably walk to the airport - but sweat a lot! Restaurants and currency exchange houses down the main road - few minutes of walking.

Hôtel agréable bien situé près du port avec un personnel serviable et souriant. Par contre la propreté de la salle de bain laisse un peu à désirer. Pas d’ascenseur et surtout très bruyant à cause de la mosquée. Toutes les nuits a 3h50 une sorte de prière lancinante qui dure une 1/2h plus l’église juxtaposée

2020/1に5泊しました。 空港までのピックアップ（6万ルピア）をお願いしており、ちゃんと出口で待っててもらえました。 夕方の便だったので道中夕焼けが綺麗に見えるところがあり、写真撮る？とわざわざ止まってくれて、おじさんの優しさを感じました。 最近建てられた棟なのか（スーペリアツインルームを予約）、広い綺麗な部屋でした。 セーフティボックス、冷蔵庫、シャワーのお湯も問題ありません。 電源は鍵差し込み式ですが、エアコンは別電源みたいで付けっぱなしで外出できます。 滞在中は蚊や小さい虫は何回か見かけましたが、ゴキブリや蜘蛛などはいませんでした。田舎にすれば許容範囲です（笑） 朝食込みで棟の屋上のレストランで食べられますが、可もなく不可もなくと言った感じです。 この宿は何よりスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で優しくて温かかったです。 チェックイン後は重い荷物を部屋まで運んでくれて、部屋の説明も丁寧。ルームクリーニングも丁寧。 夫がシュノーケリングツアーで大量のクラゲに刺され、翌朝レストランで刺し跡だらけの腕を嘆いているとスタッフのおじさんがクラゲに刺されたのか！と心配してくれて、キッチンからライムを持ってきて、これ塗ると良いんだ！と果汁を塗ってくれました…（クラゲに刺されると直後にビネガーなど酸を塗ると良いらしい。直後ではなかったけど優しさに感謝。） 帰りのフライトが夕方で、宿を15時に出てほしいとドロップオフを予約すると、じゃ13時まで部屋にいていいよと無料でチェックアウト延長してもらいました。 フローレス島は宿がたくさんあるけど、アヤナなどの高価格帯はな〜と思う人には自信を持ってオススメできます。周辺施設は至近距離ではないですが、5〜10分歩けばスタバやスーパー、レストランなので、不便…とまではいかないと思います。 余談ですが、外から帰ってきてドロップオフ予約しとこうか〜とそのまま受付に行きフライト何時だったっけ…と正面の椅子でごそごそしていたら、おばちゃんスタッフ（私達は陰でママと呼んでいた）に、あなたたちチェックインするの？！と若干不審者扱いされたんですが、私達すでに泊まってる客なんだけど（苦笑）と言うと、あっ…！！って感じでにこにこしてました（笑）ママ可愛いけど、私達今まで何回も挨拶してたんやけどなぁ（笑）おちゃめなママでした！

Alles war Ok. Nur das laute Gebet von der Moschee vor 5.00 Uhr morgens hat mich aufgeweckt, konnte aber wieder einschlafen. Am besten hat mir der schöne Ausblick aufs Meer vom Restaurant und beim Frühstück gefallen. Auch sollte das Wlan besser werden und vielleicht auch noch ein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer sein, aber für den kurzen Aufenthalt war es auch ohne Fernseher akzeptabel

部屋は清潔でベランダに物干しもあり便利でした。しかし、現在工事中なことから朝8時から夕方まで工事の騒音、ちかくの教会かモスクから1日5回ほど流れてくる大音量の歌声（朝4時からあり）、wifiがつながらないことが多いなど日中ホテルで過ごすには不向きでした。立地的にはメイン通りにも近くよかったです。

Overal, the room was quite neat. The cleaning agent used for the floor tends to stick around, making barefoot walking through the room a bit 'strange-almost-oily' kind of experience. Breakfast buffet was a bit simple, but it had plenty to choose from. Part of the hotel was under construction, this meant we did hear construction noises during our stay. Given it's location near a church and a mosque, the loud singing and chanting gave our stay both a pleasant and unpleasant edge. Fun to hear, but after 3 days quite tiring. Given the price, I would look somewhere else next time.

空港へのピックアップは確実で空港のタクシーより良心的な料金です。 建物は新しいので綺麗です。ただ建設中の部屋もあり昼間は騒音が有りますが5時ごろには終わりますので気にならないと思います。 私の部屋はシングルベット2台でしたが二つのベッドをくっつけて小学生と中学生の子供2人と私の3人で快適に寝れました。 フローレス島ではどこでもモスクから朝の礼拝の音楽が4時半に流れるので初日は気になりましたが、2日目からは気にせず寝れました。 設備やサービスに不満の有る場合はフロントの女性や他のスタッフにも言えば対応してもらえるので相談した方が良いです、何とかしてくれると思います。 スタッフも親切で毎日の会話も楽しかったです。子供達もかわいがっていただき喜んでいました。最後にはスタッフの方と一緒に写真を撮っていただきいい思い出になりました。

The worst experience ever!!!
Me and my wife was in a honeymoon when we decided to do a daily trip to Komodo, and left our baggage in the room. After the hole day, when we got bag we checked our money and someone stolen our money inside my wife bag!!!! After that, we went to talk with the manager who was so stupid and call the staff to ask if someone steal my money, all the staff said no and the manager said that couldn’t do nothing about it!!! The hotel is not safe to leave any money and passports!

Hotel liegt zentrumsnah, aber ruhig. Ich hatte ein Bungalow-Zimmer, das grundsätzlich OK war. Problematisch fand ich den Wasserdruck und den Geruch. Das wlan war auch akzeptabel.

Excelente alojamiento en el centro de Labuan Bajo
Estupendo alojamiento en el centro de Labuan Bajo y frente al mercado nocturno, el mejor lugar de la ciudad para cenar. Muy limpio y con habitaciones amplias e impecables. Buenas vistas desde la terraza en la que sirven el desayuno.
