「Everything was excellent from staff to the hotel itself. Having access from garage to inside hotel would be nice. Waitstaff was amazing! Food was perfetto!」

「Tolle Lage oben auf dem Berg mit guter Bar und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr modern, aber ausreichend groß. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit dem tollen Blick. Nach unserem Aufenthalt mussten wir leider 2 Stunden auf die Abfahrt mit der Seilbahn warten wegen einem technischen Defekt. Hier hätte ich als Entschädigung für das lange Warten eine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel erwartet.」

The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!」

「The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one.」

「Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der See. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Bitte Markttag beachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. 「The hotel is located on the edge of Stresa and near one of the ferry terminals. It would suit those who don't mind a 30 min walk in to the town centre. Our room was reasonably large but the bathroom was a bit odd with the shower head located in the middle of the wall making it difficult to use.
