「The updates to this facility really improved the vibe, felt more modern. Lots of families stay during local sports tournaments & the pool got very rowdy & we had several knocks on our door, kids being funny. The Lookout Bar was closed, which would’ve been nice to enjoy. The Market had solid options but not enough staff for all the people trying to get coffee at 7am (and there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms). 「We are in Cleveland for 43 anniversary and Guardians day. This is is our 3rd stay here and will definitely do it again. The lady that checked us in, Artisia, was above and beyond wonderful! She gave us a beautiful suite overlooking Playhouse Square and we had a chilled bottle of champagne and breakfast tickets waiting for us when we got back from dinner. She is a gem!」

「The room was recently updated so it was very nice, the bed was comfy, the price affordable, and it was really quiet. (Mid week) Now for the negative. There is NO complimentary coffee or hot tea available at the property, and the lobby doors are always locked, (didn’t need anything luckily) 」
