「L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

「This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.」

「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. 「Personeel zeer vriendelijk, parkeren is er een luxe vlak voor het hotel , kamer zeer schoon . Ontbijt perfect maar het avondeten bezorgt door een traiteur beviel ons minder . We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak.」

「总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。」
