"We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed was pretty comfortable, the spa tub was awesome and you can watch TV in the living room from the tub. We had a third floor balcony room overlooking the pool with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Great value for the price! The freeway was a bit noisy when standing on the balcony but with the slider and windows closed it was well insulated and you couldn't hear the freeway. Would love to have a couple chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy our coffee. Hopefully they will do that in the future. We will absolutely be back. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only 2 miles from the San Clemente pier and restaurants. "

"The room was new and clean. First night the neighbors next door were screaming till 3am. I called front desk. Hopefully they give me a refund bc I did not sleep and I had my toddler with me. Other than that I liked my stay. Parking was a breeze"

"The proprietors are so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very clean and pleasant. This is my second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The shared kitchen is an added bonus, and is well equipped. It's also very close to the beach trail, so ideal for runners or hikers. The only slight negative is the proximity to the freeway, which is noisy, so if that bothers you, bring some earplugs. The location is great, and the parking is plentiful."

"We had out of town guests and needed a one night stay for them and we pleased that they had a one night option. Check in was easy and the desk person was lovely and accommodating. Our guest said they really enjoyed the room and that the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book again."
