「The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.」

「La chambre était très confortable, l' accueil laissait à désirer, je suis cliente depuis 8 ans, on m a pourrai pas diner avant 20h30 car iun groupe etait prioritaire, en fait on ne privilegie pas les clients reguliers, j ai dû sortir diner, xe n est pas sympa de la part du Kyriad, notamlent la petite jeune à l accueil, apprenez lui à chouchouter les clientsqui vous font travailler toute l année, je suis deçue.」
