「The Old Government House is a real gem, combining traditional elegance, luxury and charm with beautiful views over St Peter Port. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxing.
What really sets it apart is the attentive, friendly service, which made me feel genuinely valued. A fabulous hotel with real character and a wonderful standard of hospitality. Highly recommended and somewhere I would love to return to!」Ruth

「Public areas refurbished to a very high standard, the room we had was quite spacious but a little dated, but its obvious they invest and upgrade on an ongoing basis. The highlight was the location - walkable to everything, and also the food offer. We dined twice - a good value but beautiful 3 course dinner in the conservatory restaurat one evening and then excellent dinner in J Parkers restaurant on the second night. we had fabulous breakfast each morning and also afternoon tea in the...Christopher James

「Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and always served with a smile. Reading room was a bonus, very comfortable and quiet with door to beautiful garden. Rooms were clean, water pressure in shower was not great but adequate. Double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together but they didn’t actually match. 1 was comfortable though. Despite that I would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again.」Christine
