"Lovely hotel and spa - clean, nice rooms, bar and live music on one day we were here… One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. "For a 3* hotel this was perfect, room was big enough for a family of 4 if your kids are young enough for bung beds. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. I’ve stayed in 4* hotels worse than this place. Would highly recommend for a stay over or short stay. "

"We really loved this place. The view over the lake was amazing, and staffs were friendly. Recommend if you are driving. 2 bedroom APT was spacious for 6 ppl (including 2 kids) You can't complain to stay in this place for this price. "

"The staff were excellent and very polite, English and French spoken. The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal. "

All in All a Satisfactory Experience

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing."
