「The staff was amazing, friendly, and so helpful! They had information on everything going on in town and different things we could do in Carthage! They shared history with us! Everything was so clean and a very affordable stay! We will definitely stay here again if we make our way back to Carthage!!」

「As you walk in, it is apparent that they are cleaning up from a car running through the back door and broke the water line. However, they opened but only had 2 apple juice bottles and frozen pastries for breakfast when they advertised a full breakfast. Also, it is moldy everywhere and my allergies acted up within 10 minutes in my room. 」

「Beds not comfortable and mine had a crater in the middle of it. It obviously needed to be thrown away. The amount of huge cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling that had no cover on it. The tv runs Roku ads on the side of the screen every three seconds. (Not exaggerating) the outside of the building needs updated and taken care of so it actually looks like the pictures.」

「The first room we were given had dirty sheets. There was hair from the previous occupants in the bed and pillow. Room not clean at all. The second room was better but still not clean. Very disappointed. Staff tried to accommodate the best they could. 」
