"Manager Jackie has a great staff there at this location. Professional problem solvers when it comes to issues that can arise during a hotel stay. Everything else was great. No issues. Room clean, Breakfast is simple and early @ 6:30am. Will definitely stay at this location again soon."

Indian Wells Resort Hotel

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa
"No usb-c charging ports. TV at pool Bar was old and wouldn’t play World Cup final. It’s about a foot thick. Saturday night the pool bar closed at 6pm. Way too early. Couldn’t even get food. Very few waiters walking around to serve."
