The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. "We walked into the home expecting it to be clean. It was not. Someone had stayed there and they never cleaned it. When I notified the owner he didn’t respond until hotels.com reached out to him. I was then told to give him an hour to make it right in which time he told me everyone was gone so I can stay at the dirty place or leave. He reached out two hours later to be condescending and rude.
