"We’ve stayed at Hotel Lulu many times and have no complaints. Hotel is nice and clean, staff is exceptional, and it’s conveniently located Disneyland and restaurants. We will definitely be back. One time we’re hoping to need something in the room so we get a delivery by Lulu herself haha. "

"The bathtub fills up with dirty water does not drain. 6 to 8 inches of dirty water stayed in the tub for over 10 hours. Even after maintenance came the water still would not drain we could not shower. I asked the staff for another room to shower in and was told they had no other rooms. Asked to speak to the manager Sam. I was told he was not in I requested he call me waited all day no call from him. Went back into the office the next day and asked to speak to Sam The manager again was told he was not in. Requested he call me again waited 7 hours still no call from him. I finally had to call them and was told by Nikki that Sam was in but that he was busy. I said to place me on hold I would wait to talk to him. He did not come on the phone Nikki came back on the line and said that she would help me even though 2 employees I had already talked to said they could not help me that I had to talk to Sam. My opinion of Sam is that he absolutely does not care about his Patrons and hides behind his employees so he does not have to speak to his patrons. I have stayed here many times but it seems as though the property is not being kept up very well any longer. Black disgusting dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom floor. Floor was dirty. I asked for some sort of compensation due to not being able to shower. Nikki said she spoke to Sam when she called me back and said he would only offer 10%. I told here I was not happy with that. I would type more but limit reached. I got no refund"
