Landmark Hotel
Great area to stay in. Walking distance to tours, lots of restaurants. Staff is very friendly has a great outdoor pool with a view and lounge areas on the rooftop.

Florida Nueva
Even though there aren't top sights in Florida Nueva, you can explore the larger area and take in top sights like Atanasio Giradot Stadium. Jump on the metro at Estadio Station to see more of the city.
