「Wat een heerlijk resort! Alles klopt. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd vriendelijk groeten en helpen. Alles zit erbij, tot aan je vaatwassertabletten en koffiecups aan toe. Heerlijk terras met ligstoelen, loungeset en eettafel. Twee heerlijke gedeelde zwembaden. Eentje bij de bar en de andere wat rustiger. Je betaalt wat, maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Aanrader.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Sehr schöne Zimmer. Mehrere Pools mit gutem Service, gutes Gym, frühstück ist super, das Essen abends (Buffet) bzw Essen in den hauseigenen Restaurants ist ok, aber eigentlich das Geld nicht wert.」

Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. 「From the moment we checked in we knew it was going to be a great hotel, we had a studio apartment which was very spacious full kitchen with oven, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, filtered tap for water, bathroom was a good size huge terrace with sun loungers ,iron and ironing board, free safe free wifi and free air con pool area was fantastic with a lovely swim up bar, 」
