「This was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained.」

The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. 「Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!」
