The house has two floors. First floor has a living room, kitchen, toilet and terrace and on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The residential has two pools and the distance to the sea is about 200 meter. Very quiet area and with free parking place. There is free Wifi and Satellit Tv with english, german and italian channel. Fully equipped kitchen and washmaschine. The apartment is located in a very quiet complex, it is very clean, well-maintained and quiet just several minutes away from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and 1 minute away from the sea and harbour. Apartment has everything you need for your holiday.
You will have access to entire apartment. The apartment has all the conveniences. The bed linen and the towels are provided free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances, cookware and tableware. The apartment also has a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hairdryer, safety deposit box, beach towels. A Satellite Tv and free Wi-fi are available for your entertainment. At your request and free of charge we can provide you with a Child Kit which includes:

Calle Caleta is a very quiet and safe street from where you can hear the sounds of the sea as Bristol walkway is only 1 minute away from the apartment. Here there is a nice spot for surf lovers.
From the interior patio of the house you can see the sea and Lobos Island which is 30 minutes by boat, same as Lanzarote island.
You can reach the house by bus from Puerto Rosario line 6, it takes about 30 minutes and then there is a walking distance of 10/15 minutes. If you have a car, there is always enough space to park outside.
