Excellent location and comfortable rooms. The complex and rooms were perfect for our week long stay. Very comfortable for us with separate bedroom and living space, kitchen well furnished for us to cook for ourselves. Pool was lovely, big enough. Gym space and equipment good for a hotel gym. Filtered water machine, games room, laundry room. Location was excellent in the little village, walking distance to cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, and to the beaches too. Plenty of off street parking in the area. There is construction taking place in the area but it really wasn’t that noisy and didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Accommodation spotless, facilities very good, staff excellent. Building work next door where they are building a hotel is not bad, they only have a handful of people working there each day. Estimated date of that work being completed is October 2027. This did not affect our holiday. Would stay again. Parking in roads in the area no problem.

Nice new residence , close to Cotillo old town and to the beautiful beaches. Unfortunately it is sorrounded by building works which Monday to Friday start at 8 am and make it impossible to sleep or stay at the pool or even stay in your room with open windows.
