"I checked in with my family which I thought was a decent place the same as the picture posted online. When we arrived it was so much different from the posted rooms.The outside was not safe to walk w/ bystanders smoking weed. If I would've known this from the start, I wouldn't check in to this place especially with kids. The environment with roaches, bed bugs was not good. The bed shrank, it feels like there's a hole in there that you don't want to peek. I was afraid that something might come out will bite me. I had rashes from one night stay. The towels in the bathroom was disgusting, a hole and stained. Draiser was broken, there's no chair but had table. The spooky part was that someone was trying to get in without knocking the door or responded after I said "can I help you" someone was trying to force themselves inside the room. I knew before this that the front had something to do with this access. The front desk (guy) who gave me the keys which didn't work the first time, I had to leave my family in the hallway. I'm glad that the deadbolt lock prevent this person to come in. If we were to leave that night and come back, probably someone had gained access without locking the deadbolt. Do not check in here especially single person (woman). I don't know if I would make it alive if I was alone. I'm glad my two girls and husband was w/me."

"Terrible, no room cleaning "

"When we first arrived, I was greeted by Jaydee. She helped me check in and was very courteous. The hotel lobby was nice and has a Starbucks and restaurant. We got to the room, it was not the one I had reserved. I went back to the front desk and Jaydee assisted me with a new room. Our new room was on the backside of the hotel however, there were only stairs and the elevator is way on the other side. I talked to one of the housekeepers and she told me the elevator was only located in the middle. So we lugged all our stuff, for the second time, to the elevator. There are only two and they located in the middle of the hotel. That was very inconvenient. The room was a little small for three people. We had a king size bed with a pullout couch. The couch is horrible though. It’s not a traditional mattress, it just folds in three sections. The bed was okay, but the pillows flatted as soon as Iaid on them. The room was clean and had good amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). It was mostly quiet. Heard some ppl talking and slamming doors sometimes at night. The hotel is located on a busy street so you can kind of hear the traffic and it can be difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. It is located just a minute or two from Knott’s Berry Farm and across the street from Porto’s, Medieval Times, Pirate dinner, adventure, down the street from The Source and only a few minutes from other shopping centers. The location is very convenient! "

"If you are just looking for somewhere for you to sleep and you don't care about the accommodation or what the hotel has to offer? This is probably the place for you. The pool is not heated. The "free" breakfast was all carbs, so if you need some protein in the morning, don't expect any. There were make-your-own waffles, bread for toast, yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal. There was no phone in the room, so if you need something from housekeeping or the front desk, you need to walk down to the lobby. We needed an extra blanket and had to walk down to the lobby to request it, because the dial on the cooling system to change the temperature was broken, and there was no knob there. So if you wanted air in the room to circulate, there was no way to make it colder or warmer for the AC. It was what it was. There were at least three bugs in the room I found without looking, one in the bed, one in the bathroom, and a moth flying around the room. For some reason, they gave us an ADA room... I'm not sure why. But the shower was on the same level as the rest of the tile floor, understandable for someone in a wheelchair, but we didn't need that. With one shower, the entire floor was wiped out and soaking wet, from the shower through to the entire bathroom. We used all four towels we were given just to soak up the floor, so we didn't slip on the tile when trying to leave the bathroom. The vanity (over the sink) light did not work. Won't stay here again."
