「The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place.」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. 「The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

「Very run down, no staff to speak to (guy from shop next to hotel helped us). Claim to provide transport but they don't. A bird was chirping all night. I would not recommend.」

「They messed up our booking reservation, we arrived on this property only to be told that we didn’t have a reservation when in fact I’ve been communicating with them about my expected time of arrival and even fill up their booking information online. Elias promised us to refund our uber and promised to give us 15% off our original booking payment but he didn’t response to my text when I followed up about it. 」
