「Very nice apartment, but one day suddenly the water turned off for 15 minutes and nobody told us. The apartment was clean but some corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Toiletpaper was never refilled. We've booked breakfast, that was very good with some special offerings like Spanish Breakfast. A lot of families were in the breakfast room, so it was quite loud. The pools were very nice and heated.」

There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. 「For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
