「The first 2 days of our stay the elevator was not working we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor. We were warned about the elevator but I think the property should always have a working elevator 」

「The room was beautiful as was the balcony view. The staff (front desk and parking lot security guard) were pleasant. Many rooms were under construction but it was not disruptive to our stay. We will return. 」

「The people from both Marina Pinacate and Casago were friendly and super helpful. This review is not about them but more so the place itself. The place on the other hand was terrible. The sofa bed was in terrible condition. Not comfortable at all and it was very old. The sheets and blankets to use for the sofa bed were dirty and dusty. The blinds in the room were missing and broken. The microwave didn’t work. The shower curtain hooks were rusty and the curtain was super old. There was a dead...
