We had a small issue with one of the tours and they were so attentive to the problem. Free shuttle to beach and town is nice! Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is nice and the location amazing, but the pool was dirty (and was the main reason to stay) and the staff screams a lot between them around 6am while they clean or don’t know what they do. I needed to go outside my room and ask them to be quiet… and road is very noisy until late night, a lot of motos and people screaming."

"Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the dreadful conditions. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place unless...
