"(two day stay expanding on previous review) There was a homeless or drunk man sleeping on the second floor in the breeze way which was unsettling to see first thing in the morning. Pulling in is a bit difficult due to the road and when traffic picked up it was also hard to get in and out. But overall, the staff was very considerate and supportive, just plan for traffic! "

"No parking any where close for self parking, valet parking was terrible, took over an hour to get our car after texting for it. Poor system overall."

Key was so helpful, patient, professional, informative, and kind! She provided me with the tax exemption form and moved me to a room closer to the exit. If it wasn’t for Key, Home2 Suites would’ve received a two or three star rating. "
