「This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...

「Fijn hotel, ontvangst was al meteen prima, eten vonden wij goed. Ontbijt misschien iets minder op Engelsen richten zou het helemaal perfect maken. Puur een puntje maar absoluut geen echte kritiek. Kamermeisjes uitstekend werk verricht. Komen zeker terug. 」

「Das Hotel was sehr kinderfreundlich, die Animateure hatten immer ein Lächeln für die Kids auf den Lippen und haben sich zauberhaft gekümmert. Das gastronomische Angebot ist hervorragend! Immer frisch und sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung war wirklich gerechtfertigt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gern wiederkommen.」

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond for my birthday and our entire stay. The vibes, the food, drinks and location were great. Will definitely be staying again on future visits! Highly recommended.」
