I got the two bedroom and our rental smelled moldy and the wall had black mold. I told them about it but we didn’t have a choice because they said they had no more rooms available. Also, at check-in they put a $100 hold for deposit and said it would be released at check out time. They never released it, I called several times. I got the runaround for three days and kept telling me that I would get a call back and that they did not know why it wasn’t returned. I never got a call back. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Good bed, the hotel was renovated a year ago. Very nice little pool and restaurant. The photos in the website of the hotel are not currently updated.

Las atenciones son excelentes y el personal es muy atento. Es un lugar muy acogedor y bonito. Las facilidades están limpias y muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno tenía tres opciones disponibles en el menú incluido pero la hay otras opciones por pago.

The place is really good. I love it. The receptionist is very friendly and kind.Congratulations! The breakfast was good although the bread is missing in the dish for complete the typical gallo pinto. I do not like the costume service of Jeidy Porras I think he is the owner’s son, when we requested additional towel and blanket he was not nice and complaint too much about our request. He needs more costumer service training.

Beautiful lush tropical grounds. Kids loved the pool, hot tubs and easy walk to the rope swing. In a quiet area away from town, but a bit far if you don't have a car. Sometimes it felt like we were the only guests there. Good value, especially with breakfast included.

This Hotel was lovely! The tropical property was lushly landscaped and well-maintained. The restaurant area was open-air, service was efficient, and the food was good! Breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. We also utilized the pool and admired the wildlife. The room was spotless and huge. Staff was very nice and let us store luggage on our last day and have late check out. We took Ubers to town and activities and they were readily available and reasonably priced. El Salto rope swing was nearby, which my boys loved. Overall It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and it was a fantastic value. Recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und war sehr sauber. Leider war in einem der kleinen Jacuzzis kein Wasser und dke Poolbar war nicht besetzt, wir hätten gerne ein paar Cocktails im Pool getrunken. Beim Frühstück konnte man sich entscheiden zwischen Traditionell, Amerikanisch oder Pancakes. Das fanden wir etwas schade, da wir gerne auch Grüchte zum Frühstück gehabt hätten aber keine Pancakes wollten. Ansonsten waren auch alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sprachen super englisch.

The property was very pretty with the gardens. The restaurant had great food choices and they were delicious. The staff was very accommodating. The pools were nice, but the main hot tub was never available to us (empty for most of the days and not heated when full). The rooms seem like they are still being finished. It would be nice to have a coffee table and have the refrigerator on top of a cabinet for storing food. It would be nice to have curtains over the kitchen sink, as people outside can see into one of the bedrooms. It would be nice to have cooking implements (like a spatula) and coffee filters to go with the coffee maker. It would be nice to have end tables on both sides of the bed, and have electricity wired to both of them. We made do with our extension cords and the extra chairs. Still, we would stay here again.
