「Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all」

「When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money. And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to...

「Hotel molto pulito e ben tenuto , molto tranquillo . Colazione buona e abbondante ,ci tornerei volentieri」

「all good」

「Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back.」

「Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

「没有免费WiFi，付费WiFi信号极差，几乎没有」

「We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.」

「Fantastic stay. Great staff especially housekeeping. Lovely amenities. Apartment great. See you all again soon」

「Arrived at 3.30am due to delayed flight. David on reception was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in swiftly. Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Lovely pools. Room although a little dated was nice and large with lhuge balcony and great sea view. Stayed in a lot of hotels in Tenerife and this room was immaculately clean. None of them horrible little bugs found in various hotels. They must have a good pest control regime. Would i go back, yes without a doubt- when i can sleep...

「good location. good staff and breakfast. comfortbale apartment with a nice balcony, where you can see the pool and the mountain. Bus station is close. So you can go to airport , gigantes...conveniently. It would be perfect if there were free wifi.

Kom...

「Great rooms but the service was a bit uneven and the kid's entertainment was underwhelming. No real kid's club on-site」

「Very nice and clean apartment with sea and sunset view. Very peaceful area with plenty of parking. Closest beach 15-20 min walk. By car you can reach any beach in the area within 10 min. Plenty of places to eat within 10 min walk. The only downside is soundproofing of rooms and no aircon if you require one.」
