"This would have been a solid 4 star resort if my room had not been horrible and their refusal to address it. It was whispered through Facebook that this was because I booked through Expedia. If you get room 1101, refuse it. 1102 ie probably just as bad. It’s basically in a service hallway. There is a utility closet next to it and you can feel the staff doing stuff in there 24 hours a day through your headboard. There is an actual service hallway with a door that grinds then screeches every time it’s used. You can hear in the rooms plain as day. There is a giant ventilation unit in that hallway is extremely loud. This is also 24 hours a day. There are stairs right there also. The staff rolls carts down the stairs 24 hours a day. Yes, they roll hard wheel carts down the stairs at night. This is also an employee entrance. They congregate there at all hours talking. The food is ok. The steak place is good but hard to get into. The Asian restaurant is totally. The Italian place was just ok. I didn’t try the Mexican restaurant. The same stuff was on the main buffet, which is ok also. No variety. Breakfast was good, but no variety. The entertainment staff are great! They do a great job evolving people all day the shows at night were really fun. The beach is really nice. The benders are really chill and the $30 massage is excellent "

"Went in March '26. Picked this hotel in part because fo the advertised, "Best Breakfast Buffet", it was NOT. Probably one of the worse buffet I've been to in a while. No variety and no flavor. Hotel itself was in good shape for it's age, but FYI, there ongoing very loud construction next door that starts around 7A so do NOT expect to sleep in. The hotel was empty given the recent issues but staff would NOT give room upgrade on request."

"Good food, good service, the beach is flawless. Our son had his bracelet fall off in the pool 24th after getting there and it’s an $80 charge. We hassled them everyday to not charge us because it’s obviously not his fault, upon checkout we got it cut to $40. FYI my own bracelet also fell off at night just in my room when I was doing nothing at all. An adult lost bracelet may cost way more, so consider adding your own tape or taping it to another bracelet so it doesn’t come off. Only the double alligator slide is open, and it’s pretty aggressive so smaller kids won’t like it. Everything else was pretty great, the food was good and service too. The beach is mint. "
