「First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

「Nice location and excellent service. 」

「very nice property」

「The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service」

「Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant」

「緊連著海邊，可以搭船出去轉轉，櫃檯服務人員非常親切專業，唯一住客太多，泳池建議可以擴建，比較擁擠一點！」

「I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.」

「Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!」

「We had a great stay here, staff were lovely and pools were clean and well maintained. Very tropical feel throughout the resort, very relaxed!」

「Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids」

「Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️」

「Helpful and courteous staff. Clean rooms and excellent pool and beach facilities.」

「The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.」

「或許是旺季，飲食的服務人員非常疲於奔命，室內服務人員給予很高評價，海邊餐廳服務品質及飲食真的不佳，低於預期，非常遺憾」

「One of the nicest and finest experience.」

「Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too」
