「This motel is an older motor court type property that has been updated. Everything was very clean and the motel was quiet. I loved the wood planks and beams on the interior doors and ceilings, as well as the decorated tiles at the base of the window. A bonus was that the motel is very close to The Pantry, our favorite Santa Fe restaurant. My recommendations for the owners would be to add blackout shades behind the curtains, and add extra hooks/towel racks in the bathroom. Modern lamps with USB...

「We LOVED El Rey. In fact, I’m actually wearing the hat I got from their GOATed souvenir shop right now; It’s legitimately a great looking design, which speaks to their overall aesthetic – very proudly southwestern but with a midcentury vibe that’s both classic and on trend. 「There are some websites showing this inn is a bed & breakfast. I believe owners changed and they do not provide breakfast only snacks. This was my only concern. The room I stayed was quaint and perfect for what I needed. 」
