「The staff are excellent. Really friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but the bar snacks are very good. Parking is convenient and secure. The casino restaurant is accessed directly without going into the casino and is very good. Nice food variety. We have stayed there about eight times and it’s consistently great. 」

「Good location, there is a shopping mall beside the hotel, you could find restaurants and supermarket there. Parking entrance is same as the mall, but it has separate gate and space for hotel guest.」

「I really liked the hotel, especially because of the kindness and elegance of the staff. The breakfast is good and served in a cozy atmosphere. The room is spacious and has everything a guest needs: a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a good bathroom. The location is excellent! Right in front of the hotel, there is a tram stop that connects you to several parts of the city. And the neighborhood is charming. I’ve been to Geneva a few times and never liked the hotels, but this one truly won...

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「Room is ok. We have a three people room for one night. Room is clean and location is ok for the price. U will have a full travel pass for you stay issued by the hotel, which is very helpful. Only thing is the size of the bath room.」
