「The pictures hardly do it justice, and the pictures are fantastic! We stayed in the grandmaster suite, one of the aviary master suites, and another master suite with a hot tub. All were incredible. For a couple, I would recommend the master suites with a Jacuzzi. 「Soy cliente de este hotel y me hospedo por lo menos 3-4 veces al año. Me sorprendió la falta de mantenimiento en este ahora que estuve. El extractor del baño no funcionaba, la zona húmeda del hotel en mal estado y no funcionaba, el comedor con el techo inflado por la humedad, la pintura en la zona del jacuzzi de la zona húmeda en mal estado y así muchos detalles. Espero este comentario sirva para mejorar y la próxima vez que vuelva este en mejor estado, de lo contrario buscaré un hotel que se...

「El restaurante y servicios como desayuno incluido fue excelente. El hotel está en renovacion pero todo está muy limpio y es muy tranquilo. Nos quedamos 3 noches en Mayo 2024. Está muy bien ubicado y es facil de llegar caminando. La pasamos bien.」

「This is a lovely spot, but is 25 min from Pereira, so it is rather isolated. We enjoyed that at first, as we were very tired. There is no where to walk, so our time was spent by the pool reading.The food was very good. We took some day trips, went to Pereira, not really a place to see. We did go to the Cocora Valley and Salento by private tour, it was lovely. 「Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the property is really good. The only downside is that the street is a little bit noisy in the mornings due to the Olimpica supermarket nearby. Other than that, it is a very nice and convenient option.」

「I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this property nestled up in the mountains. During the drive up I was questioning my selection but once we arrived at the property all doubts were gone.
