"I enjoyed my stay very much. Polite, smiling and motivated staff, everything clean in room and in the common areas. I would rate it as a strong 3.5 with 4 star amenities. The only thing that needs mentioning is that it’s located on a somewhat run down street. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the view was pretty awful. I would ask for a rear facing room next time. "

"Despite the initial difficulties with booking on-site at the hotel, the rest of the stay turned out to be wonderful. The staff were friendly, and special thanks go to Ms. Saga from Sweden, the front desk manager, who resolved all inconveniences and misunderstandings with the staff. We highly recommend the hotel due to its excellent food and proximity to the city center. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Everything went wonderfully, just as we had expected."
