「Clean and spacious. Breakfast the next morning was good.」

「Sandra was very helpful and polite.」

「thank you 」

「Lovely start to finish from phone call about a late check in to check out a very nice comfy stay!」

「The staff was polite and helpful. Renovations were underway so lots of construction and supplies here and there. The toilet had to be held to flush and only 2 pillows per bed. 2 pillows is normal if you only use 1 pillow per person, but old people need props for arthritic body parts when we sleep. Over all, we would say there again and ask for more pillows or bring some.」

「The room was not clean when we got there and we found hairs in the beds. The refrigerator did not keep things cold. The room smelled heavy of smoke. The floor had dirt and crumbs that was later cleaned by staff.」

「I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!」

「Very clean! Great neighborhood」

「The house was great, and the customer service was very friendly.」

「We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.」

「First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

「Great location, nice people」
