"Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots."

"Overall a very comfortable stay here. Its a great location. Near to the tram and bus terminal. Public bath is the real reason for booking this hotel. There are complimentary ramen, ice pops and probiotic drink. Staff are helpful too. "

"It rained the entire time we were there, but the hotel is beautiful and clean. I think they do weddings as the grounds behind the hotel are pretty and the entire 2nd floor is a bridal area."
