"Very nice and clean hotel, you get the feeling of a luxury hotel from the moment you walk through the doors. Staff were all very kind and friendly. The room is very clean and has ample space overall - there were only a few hangers for your clothes but that wasn't much of an issue for us. We loved that we were within walking distance to Dotonbori as well as many other attractions. Entry to the train station is just outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. We will definitely be looking to stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka again next time we are back!"

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. My room was on a higher floor with city views, which made the stay feel a little more special and provided a pleasant outlook. The location was another major advantage. The hotel was well situated and very convenient for public transport, making it easy to get around the city and explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the lounge access, which offered refreshments and drinks at various times throughout the day. This was a really welcome addition and added genuine value to the experience, providing a comfortable place to relax between sightseeing and other activities. The room itself was comfortable, with a reasonably comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Everything was clean and in good condition. The hotel does not have a gym, which may be a drawback for some travellers. However, for me, the lounge access more than compensated for this and helped distinguish the property from many other city hotels. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convenient location, and I would happily consider staying here again."

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the entertainment district of Namba and within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. There are numerous great restaurants and bars close by and Namba walk with all its shopping is approx 50 metres from the hotel. You can easily walk from Namba Station via the underground walkway which makes it very convenient depending on weather. The hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and the guest lounge is great with complimentary alcohol and snacks. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food options but at 3,600 yen per person there are cheaper options nearby."

"We booked two rooms and both rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!"

Hotel Keihan Namba Grande

"Th Pros, the staff were kind and attempted to be helpful any time we needed anything or had a question. The family room is absolutely massive even compared with US hotels, beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, so worth the price point there. The Cons, despite being a non-smoking hotel in all rooms, our room had a permanent smoke smell. Like you walked into a smoking cubicle in Shibuya station bad, so bad it permeated every fabric covered surface. People have been smoking in that room regularly. Also, the carpets had old stains everywhere and elevated fixtures had dust as well. If you’re spending this much on a hotel in Namba, I’d look elsewhere next time."
