Very happy with a stay. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. We had kitchen in the room which was nice. The bathroom had space for drying laundry with a heating and drying fan on top.

Stayed in a Hello Kitty room which was gorgeous. The room had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. Liked having a washing machine. It is a short walk to Kyoto station.

Comfort and amenities were good and we enjoyed are stay. Fire alarm went during one of the mornings and there was no one at the front desk to provide guidance/answers. We did receive an apology letter later.

The location is wonderful. I travelled with my 11yr old daughter and we felt very safe walking around. There are a couple great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room. The size is fantastic, the free gifts are cute, and the kitchen and laundry facilities in your room is a great addition. My only comment is that the carpet and Dango chairs have stains on them, could use a good steam cleaning. The carpet near the lobby as well.

10 minutes walk from Kyoto station, reception staff was very kind, shuttle bus service was good. Except for the narrow room, it was good because it had a convenient function. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, so I asked the receptionist and got it the next day and used it. It was uncomfortable because the location of the TV was too high. I needed one more table chair than a stool.

- The staffs are details and can communicate well, so you get the information you need to know. - the facilities are clean and functional (this is helpful) except for the wifi and air-con heater. - have problem to access the wifi after mid-night, worse off it was totally not available for connection on my last night. As I need to work on my laptop at night, this is an issue for me. - air-con heater in the main room have problem keep the warm even running for few hours.

This hotel is so amazing and very clean, and comfortable. They have everything what you need. They also have a good kitchen. And with amazing internet and cable TV. Very highly recommended.

We arrived early as it was our only day in Kyoto but the reception staff were amazing and let us leave our luggage securely with them while we explored Kyoto and provided a shuttle to accommodations.

The room was very dusty. Dust covered the aircon filters, toilet floor, the kitchen. Aircon was faulty too, kept turning on and off. Luckily the weather was cold. Do not recommend this hotel for people with asthma or allergy problems.

Much smaller and congested than advertised, nothing like pictures on Expedia. Room was very dirty, there was dust all over, couch had big bad spots, beds were missing sheets and there was no one on the property to speak to as it’s managed remotely. Recommend staying away, not worth the money.

다음 교토 방문 시에도 묵고 싶을 만큼 정말 만족한 곳이었어요. 방 넓고, 주방 조리기구도 잘 갖춰져 있고, 세탁기로 매일 빨래했네요. 교토역까지 도보로 15분 정도라는 점만 빼면 퍼펙트합니다.

La habitacion de Hello Kitty es impresionante a mi hija le encanta este personaje y por eso fuimos, se fue encantada con la experiencia(té, hilo dental, cepillos de dientes etc, todo es de hello kitty) lo unico que no esperes un servicio personalizado, te atienden desde una ubicacion remota y uno mismo llena su ingreso, hasta los pasaportes escaneas, hay que dejar la habitacion limpia y sacar la basura para no esperar cargos extras ojo con eso.
