This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Very convenient location, 3 restaurants serving breakfast, quiet and comfortable, room size reasonable. Overall very good. Will come again.

Excellent location
Excellent location, few minutes walking distance to Kyoto Station. Western and Japanese style breakfast to choose. We stay at the south wing, clean and quiet room. We spend 5 nights there. Will stay at this hotel in our next travel.

Overall comments
The car parking staff is very helpful when my car drove in to pick up the luggages from the cloak room. Thanks a lot. On the whole, the hotel services were good. However, there was room for imrovement on the English speaking ability of staff in the reception counter.

非常方便，與京都車站相近，但又相對寧靜，幾乎沒有火車的聲音。早餐很好，無論是西式的或日本式的，日式早餐的「美人豆腐」是近期吃到最好的豆腐菜色。

It's super near the Kyoto JR station. The room was neat and tidy, and there were a few shopping malls near the hotel (AEON, AVANTI, Isetan, Don Quijote etc...) Staff were nice and friendly, but most of them only knew simple English, which was barely adequate for handling ordinary check-in and check-out. It's a bit difficult to communicate if you need other assistance. The ventilation in the bathroom and air-conditioner in the room were both out of order throughout the 8-night stay. Luckily we can open the window a bit and it was cool outside, so it's still acceptable. The Wi-Fi network was really unstable and did not work most of the time. The staff did give us a router, but it didn't work well either. (They provided us a standard instructions on how to connect to the internet using the router, so I guess this was a rather common problem.) If internet is important for you, please make sure you have your own data card. Regardless of the hardware problem, it's a pleasant stay.

飯店在京都JR站的正對面，隔壁還有AOEN購物廣場，吃飯購物都非常方便，飯店有4個餐廳，地下室還有個小紀念品/便利商店，但是沒有健身房/游泳池，我們店26平方公尺的雙床房，有個沙發床，房間插頭數量不夠，書桌/冰箱都接了一堆延長線，用吹風機燈還會一閃一閃的，廁所有浴缸可以泡澡
