「My stay June 4-7 Hotel hallways are humid and hot not good air ventilation. The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate」

「It is one of the cleaner, nicer hotels in San Marcos. It's our second time to stay there. The only hiccup in the whole deal and it's really nothing was the key card didn't work and I had to go back to the desk. We are breakfast in the restaurant and it was fresh and good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, well maintained and a very comfortable stay.」

「Let me start by saying this was not a ME vacation this was a vacation for my two kids that are 21 and 22. They also brought 4 friends. So I needed two room and this hotel had a great rate, with great location. Let’s start with the positive: 1.location, location, location. 2. Price for 2 room. 3. Room was clean when arrived. 4. Great time with the kids in the pool. 5. Breakfast taste good according to the kids( waffle maker, eggs, bacon, cereal, apple, banana, yogurt, oatmeal) Great breakfast...

「When we first arrived the employees were very nice and was a good start. Then we walked down to our room and the haul smelled pretty bad and was very hot. Then we went in our room and it smelled like cigarettes. I believe that is from the smoke coming from the halls going underneath the door. People would smoke right outside the doors on both sides. Plus the pool was very very dirty. My son went out there to swim the first day and it was so disgusting.」

「Air conditioning was cut off when we went into the room so it took awhile for the room to cool off. Linens and towels were very low quality and thin. Loved the 70’s decor.」
